this is Fitzy from SPP :) i hadnt seen this till now. this is awesome, it seems quite dark but has an awesome atmosphere, it says seeds(1) so is there going to be more?

anyway great job, all the effects were great (the bio bot stabbing the other one at the end was amazing!) and the animation was great, fantastic job :D

tawniks was AWESOME, that alone deserves a high score. mesmays was cool too and drifts was great. just tawniks was hilarious and well animated...why didnt he get a higher score?

hey, not bad, but i prefered the elastic guys one. i dunno why. i thought the movements just wern't as good in this, especially the running. i mean i know you SAID its a style and that all us animators do the same stuff...but really your running and walking just looks poorly done.

i mean, you said in a comment on a review that you wanted to make the punches realistic...and generally if your gonna make realistic punches your walking should be realistic. i just think some of your movements need some work. especially the walking.

but looking past that it was pretty decent, i didnt think it was choppy or anything and the fights were decent. i liked the way it wasnt a normal ending and that the orange guy died :D. and overall athough it was short it was fairly entertaining and it looked like you had fun making it.

anyway if you just get the walking and some other movements improved i think it would really add to your animations. and seriously, we dont all just copy terkoizes style or anything, you can have a unique style whilst keeping good movements, my brush animations have a style that i havnt seen before and people like cosmoseth have totally different styles...yet they all have good movements. and i think thats what tman was trying to tell you.

anyway good job on the animation and i hope to see you make more :D

Movement. Ok. Thanks for the advice dude. This time I wanted to make an animation with a little story, unlike the previous one. Actually I started animating it no knowing where I would end. Yes, it was fun to make :D

not bad

byonds was easily the highest quality. his part was too short but awesome.

negadrains was well done... a few flaws but the length made it good

orbbs sucked. shorter than both the other 2, and far worse quality. if you're gonna half ass something you shouldnt do it at all...especially if its gonna easily be the worst thing in the collab and possibly cost it some points.

good job on it all together though.

very good

DEFINATELY your best movie yet. its well done, the movements were good, the action was exciting and the elastication was very well executed and well eased. i felt that each hit had good force, and the sounds added were fitting. oh and the background was pretty good too. there was improvement from the starting movements, and they got better as time went on, which also resulted in better action.

besides the length there isnt much i can complain about in this movie, although more use of the environment would be nice to see so maybe keep that in mind for next time. but this is a world of difference from your last animation, and this time i think its deserving of a 3.67 score. so well done and good job on the daily 3rd. and please dont take my score of 7 as bad. its very good, but if you made it longer and stuff it would be deserving of a higher score. i just dont think its quite deserving of higher at the moment, mostly because of length. but like i said more environment usage would be good too.

also, what happened to that other animation you were making with like blue bad guys and stuff?

anyway good job on the movie, i enjoyed it.

Hey man thanks so much.
I stopped working on the other animation because I was addicted to so games (lol) and I didn't feel like animating. But some weekend I made this and it came out well. It started as a test (which it still is, no story, shortness etc) and I just submitted it cuz I didn't know what the next move would be.
Because of this gigantically positive responce I got alot of ideas to work on that movie again and it will service all your needs of what u missed in this one.

it's not awful...but it isn't good either. i mean, it's a beginners animation, you can tell by the sloppy movements and not great physics. your effects are good for a beginners try, but again, need improvement, take a look at 'entanglement' or another great stick animation in order to see what really good effects look like. i mean, i wouldn't expect your first 'real' try to have effects that great in it, so i'm not saying there was anything wrong with the effects, just y'know, in future they need improving.

you're pretty lucky you submitted this on a slow day, on any other day, i'm pretty sure it wouldn't have made any where near the daily feature. and to be honest i dont think it deserves even a daily top 5. but it was a decent effort and it'd be good to see improvement in the future.

i'm not trying to be harsh, i actually really like stick fights, and this was okay. just not great, and i'm trying to give you pointers for the future :)

a bit gutting for you considering when that idiot stole this and submitted it he got 10 reviews and a score of 3.22, and then when you, the original author submits it, you get a dissapointing 3 reviews and a score of 2.84, bit of injustice methinks.

anyway, back to it, i think its cool, the effects were good. but i think the fighting was a little bit choppy, and the fight moves didnt look as powerful as they should. the raffi kick was pretty cool though and overall its a good animation. im torn between a 6 and a 7, but i'll give a 7 <3

i like the bit where the other guy came in and said he got in through the door...and i thought it was clever in the way that by then the big box type thing was blocking it.

but it was too short and the animation kinda left alot to be desired, but good job anyways :)

not too bad...

it was okay...just okay. not good, not terrible. basically, it was just blurrs flying around...blurs flying around does not make a good animation. i'd like to see a proper fight, proper fight moves...at the moment its just monotonous and boring...and also seems lazy in that theres not much animation involved other than blurrs flying about. you made it in one day...that says alot about it. im wondering how it got a score of 3.6. because in all honesty i dont think it deserves it...but sure, its better than some stuff here on NG anyways, so at least thats a plus...but spend some time on something (a few months) and make it some good length, and make it interesting. because im sure then it will be worth watching, whilst what it is at the moment...is fairly uninteresting.

you said yourself that you welcome negative reviews, but all i've seen you do is bash them, saying that they don't see the 'bigger picture' etc... so what is the bigger picture?

anyway, i dont think its a bad flash in the sense that its badly animated and rubbish, but its just horribly weird, the amount of pissing and crapping...i dunno, didnt make me feel great about it cuz thats mostly all there was, along with weird music to make me feel like i was in a surreal world O_o

some people have said that the part with the KKK member is bad/wrong, now, i know what they're saying, but personally, i dont see anything wrong with it, it's not like you were promoting racism, just making a joke out of the people that are, so no, not a bad thing...which means i disagree with alot of people here.

overall though, i feel the flash was lacking quite alot, i cant really put my finger on a proper reason why, besides the fact that it was weird, it just didn't interest me alot, although i did watch it all the way through to see how it turned out. but to be honest, it was mostly based on pissing and crapping and vomiting on whatever is there, almost every scene has at least one of them in.

i realise why people give good scores and the merits in it and just generally how you can view it as good and how experimental is good. it's just that for me it didn't go so much into the good section, however, unlike some people i didnt find it unbarebly bad either. i appreciate the fact that you experimented and the fact that although i find it fairly weird, the animation on the whole is pretty good...which also gives you points...so i guess i'll give you a middle score.

I welcome any comments, negative or positive. I take them all on board but I'm gonna try to protect the integrity of my art. That doesn't mean I'm "bashing" negative comments. At the end of the day, this piece has a lot of intentions and objectives and a lot have been achieved but some are completely unrealistic. But that's what art is all about, always striving for that thing to make you better, always aiming for the unattainable, because if you feel fulfilled artistically, you lose the will to create.
